For a second year Sensi Scandia is gastroling across Europe, presenting its new collection first on I Saloni 2011. Since the beginning of the last century furniture design in Europe has started developing towards simplicity, minimalism and functionality. And this remarkable design gives rise to the modern understanding that simple functional style is simply beautiful, which makes Scandinavian furniture preferred and popular. Scandinavian beds are one of the most precise furniture in respect to quality, mastercraft and design.

The concept of the brand embraces the idea that happiness lies in small, frequently unnoticed everyday things – things we usually fail to see - but they give the taste of our life, just like spices – home, memories, health. The collection includes 10 beds, separated in series Earth, Soul, Water and Air.

Collection 2011 presents selected materials, multi-layered spring system, hand-made patchwork and combination of Danish design and Mediterranean touch – all these blend into a unique collection and a bijou for the connoisseurs. Beds range from simple base-top-mattress solutions to high class motor beds, hand made patchwork and completely natural pieces, like Nya Aurora and Gaea. Horse hair, cactus and coir fibres, wool, cotton and herbs can all be found in the line. The company offers also a full range of bedroom and bathroom producs, as well as home fragrances.

Sensi Scandia style is presented in franchise studios like the one in Berlin and another near Hamburg. Two more are in the pipeline in the next months. The company expands the range further by offering customized products with special attention to customers’ needs and very personal attitude.
