General warranty conditions

Elements covered by the warranty:
Spring unit – springs that are loose, broken or protruding under the textile cover Sagging of the base, mattress and top mattress of more than 2-3 centimeters The wooden elements of the bed Bed size

Elements not covered by the warranty:
Textile cover Torn or ripped seams Damage of the attaching mechanism of the headboard to the base, due to worn out Sagging of the base, mattress and top mattress of less than 2-3 centimeters Comfort preferences such as softness and hardness Transport

In case of a warranty problem:
In case of a problem covered by the warranty, TED-BED JSC will repair or replace, at company’s discretion, the defective element of the bed in reasonable period of time. TED-BED JSC replaces the defective element only, and not the entire bed. In cases when identical materials are not available due to discontinuation of their production, TED-BED JSC will use, at its own discretion, either equivalent materials, or more expensive ones. You would have to take care of the cost for transporting the product to and from the shop or the facility, depending on the circumstances.
